kick the rarely seen,
never seen before do a comfirmation, if no vets and sgm seen, than kick.

Well certain people do have their own commitments and reasons. For my case if i find the person unfamiliar i will kick straight after 5 - 7 days. However for familiar names i still have to consult with fellow Vets and Senior Guild Members
